Laïla von Alvensleben
Bio: Laïla von Alvensleben is a remote work coach and UX designer. She helps distributed teams improve their collaboration practices and cultivate a remote working culture that will enable them to work from anywhere. As a strong advocate of remote work since 2014, she has covered extensive research on Remote Design Thinking and worked as a UX designer at Hanno, a fully remote design team. Together they created the Remote Starter Kit, a set of tools, processes and culture practices for remote teams.
Today she collaborates with MURAL, Hyper Island and other clients to consult and deliver workshops and training on digital transformation and virtual collaboration.
